Access Unlimited Refund, Returns and Repair Policy

Access Unlimited International Pty Ltd want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase and have set out our returns policy to assist you in the event that you may need to return a product purchased online through our Web Store.

We recommend you immediately inspect any products that we deliver to you to ensure you are completely satisfied with the products, including that the products are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.

Our Refund, Repairs and Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant laws.

Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law - Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Access Unlimited International Pty Ltd is entitled to choose between providing you with a refund, repair, credit, replacement or other suitable remedy.

Change of Mind

It is important that you choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If any products arrive damaged, please contact our Web Sales Team on (08) 9248 4088 as soon as possible. Access Unlimited International Pty Ltd will arrange to have the damaged products returned to Access Unlimited International Pty Ltd and arrange for a replacement of the products for you. Damaged products must be returned in a reasonable timeframe (within 7days) and in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals.

Faulty Products

You may return products we have delivered to you by first contacting our Web Sales Team on (08) 9248 4088. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us for assessment

Please retain your receipt

In order to obtain a refund, exchange or to repair a product purchased from Access Unlimited International Pty Ltd, including those products which carry a manufacturer's warranty, you must have clear proof of purchase – typically a receipt and return the products within a reasonable time frame.
If we cannot be satisfied that you purchased the product from us then, under the law, we are entitled to elect whether or not to accept your product for return.

Product Assessment

Once proof of purchase has been established, the product will be assessed by either an Access Unlimited International Pty Ltd, agent or manufacturer to determine whether a product has incurred a major or minor fault. An assessment will determine whether:

• There is no fault found
• There is a minor fault which can be easily repaired within a reasonable time frame
• There is a major fault found and the customer is to be offered a replacement or a refund
• The product has been damaged or abused through misuse.

Where there is no fault found, the product will be returned to Access Unlimited International Pty Ltd and returned to the customer at the cost of the customer.

Where the manufacturer's assessment finds that there is no fault with the goods, or that the goods have been damaged due to misuse or abnormal use of the products by you, we may require, at our option, that you compensate us for any fee imposed on us by the manufacturer in relation to this assessment which may include labour, assessment and/or freight fees.

When we send your product to the manufacturer or their repair agent, we will ask them to assess the product and provide their assessment within a reasonable timeframe.

Access Unlimited International Pty Ltd cannot offer a refund or exchange where the product has sustained damage due to abnormal use, whether that has been identified by an Access Unlimited International Pty Ltd, the manufacturer or repair agent.

What happens if I have purchased a product online and it is incorrectly supplied?

Once again, contact our Web Sales Team on (08) 9248 4088 if the products you have ordered have been incorrectly supplied.

Incorrectly supplied online products can be returned within 7 days of receipt but must be unopened and returned with your invoice and packing slip/delivery docket.
